That depends on the size of the home and what the customer is looking for.

4 How do I know if I need a new heater or air conditioner?
As the unit ages, the efficiency of the equipment is not there. This can be noticed over time by the amount of service repairs and the energy bill.

5 How often should I check my air filter?
Depending on the conditions of the home and the filters used, at least once a month however a home such as mine where I have pets, kids and no carpet and bad allergies, I check mines every 3-4 weeks on a three month filter.

6 How often should I clean my air filter?
Depends on the filters but once a month is standard for the permanent filters.

7 How often should I replace my air filter?
Depends on the filter (pleated or standard throw away) but at least once a month.

8 What is the proper indoor humidity level?
Between 45-55 % Humidity is ideal. I like mines right around 50 %

9 What Size Heating and Air Conditioning System Do I Need?
Many factors are involved when deciding such as ceilings, windows, heat load calcs. Normally the rule of thumb is 500 sq ft per ton.
